Yoga 201: Arm Balances Demystified

Yoga 201 is a workshop series designed to break-down common Level 2 yoga poses and empower yogis to learn how to practice these poses in a way that is beneficial and invigorating. Marie Burks will lead a practice that intelligently prepares you for arm balances like Crow Pose (Bakasana) and Shoulder Pressing Pose (Bhujapidasana) and many more while illuminating key insights about anatomy, alignment, and the actions within the pose. You will leave the workshop with confidence, backed by knowledge, to practice these poses when they are called out in yoga class.
