If stress has you anxious, tense and worried, meditation can help improve your physical and emotional well-being. If you are not sure how to start a meditation practice, plan to attend Yoga Pod’s meditation workshop led by Alex Sanchez. In this workshop, you will learn different ways to meditate and the various levels of meditation. The workshop will also include a gentle yoga practice and silent meditation which will incorporate the use of mudras (yoga for the fingers) to aid in mental focus and channeling the subtle flow of energy through the body.

I love the expert teachers, and array of classes available throughout the day. I can always find a class that fits into my schedule, which is so nice. The studio itself is also clean, comfortable, and enlivening. So glad to be a Pod member!
