This workshop is for those who want to experience and learn the importance of inversions in a yoga practice. We will use props and partner work to explore common inversions such as downward-facing dog and shoulderstand, as well as more challenging inversions including headstand, forearm stand and handstand. A playful and adventurous attitude is a must for this workshop.

I love the expert teachers, and array of classes available throughout the day. I can always find a class that fits into my schedule, which is so nice. The studio itself is also clean, comfortable, and enlivening. So glad to be a Pod member!
