This workshop will focus on the movement principles that form the foundation for a safe and effective workout of any kind, with an emphasis on applying these principles in a Barre workout. Topics to include: neutral alignment, safe knees, safe turnout, and more. The first 45 minutes will be dedicated to the explanation of movement principles followed by their application in a PodBarre Express Class.
